Q: Do you handle filing the marriage license?
A: No, all marriage licenses must be filed properly with the Clerk. Although, upon request and potential travel fees the license can be returned to clerk of Courts Office.
Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance to secure your preferred date.
Q: What is required in Florida to get married?
A: A valid Clerk-issued license, which is valid for 60 days. Valid state-issued id at time of appointment.​​​​​​
